A cancellation fee applies to non-attendance1 or late cancellation2.
If there are any circumstances beyond your control which prevents you from cancelling your appointment with sufficient notice, you should let us know as soon as possible.
1 Non-attendance is where the client does not show up for a scheduled appointment within a reasonable time, or is not present at the agreed place and within a reasonable time.
2 A late cancellation is where QCAH receives notice less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
